Product, listing and visual information at Sudharan.

1. Current product stage and listing status

Sudharan’s services are currently live. Product sales are planned to go live in the future. Until a product is formally listed as available for purchase through an authorised Sudharan sales channel, any product images, mockups, category previews, packaging visuals, concept labels, catalog references or teaser cards should be treated as pre-launch, illustrative or concept-stage material.

2. Product images, colours and visual representation

Product images are provided for general visual representation and product understanding. Actual colours, tones, print placement, finish, texture, scale, shape, packaging, typography, label layout or presentation may vary due to photography, lighting, monitor settings, mobile display differences, editing, production method, batch variation or supplier changes.

Minor visual differences do not necessarily mean the delivered item is defective, incorrect or materially different from the listed product.

3. Sizes, measurements, dimensions and fit

Size charts, dimensions, fit notes and measurements are intended as guidance. Slight variation may occur because of fabric type, stitching, manufacturing tolerance, finishing process, manual measurement method, wash effect or production batch differences.

For clothing, wearable products or size-based goods, fit may vary depending on body type, styling choice, fabric behaviour and personal preference. Customers should review available size guidance before purchase.

4. Materials, ingredients and composition

Material composition, ingredient lists, finish details, flavour profile, texture or source information are provided based on the best information reasonably available at the time of listing. These may be updated from time to time if formulations, vendors, sourcing, packaging or manufacturing details change.

Customers should always review the final product label, package insert, ingredient list or listing information available at the time of purchase and before use or consumption.

5. Natural, food and consumable products

For honey, achar, spices, oils, seeds, food products or other consumables, natural variation in colour, taste, aroma, consistency, texture or appearance may occur because of source, region, harvest cycle, storage, seasonal change, ingredients, processing method or batch characteristics.

Such natural variation does not by itself mean the product is defective, unsafe or misdescribed.

6. Allergen, safety and use-related caution

Food or consumable products may contain, be processed with, or come into contact with ingredients or allergens such as nuts, seeds, mustard, sesame, milk, soy, gluten, spices or other materials depending on the product and sourcing environment.

7. Packaging, labels and product updates

Packaging, labels, bottle shapes, jars, tags, cartons, seals, barcodes, support inserts, compliance text and visual presentation may change over time due to regulatory updates, stock rotation, packaging redesign, vendor changes, production practicality or other operational reasons.

The latest actual product packaging may differ from older website visuals or draft mockups without affecting the core nature of the product.

8. Custom, personalised and made-to-order products

Customised, personalised, branded, corporate or made-to-order products may differ slightly from digital previews or proofs due to production constraints, print method, embroidery variation, material response, device rendering difference, colour output tolerance, placement limitations or approved design changes.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing names, spellings, logo files, artwork approvals, proof versions, quantity details and any other customisation inputs before final production approval.

Product availability, specifications, ingredients, price, package size, dimensions, quantity, net weight, promotional offers, product descriptions and category references may change from time to time.

Sudharan reserves the right to correct listing errors, stock errors, visual errors, specification errors, packaging details, pricing inaccuracies or technical mistakes at any time, including before fulfilment of an order.

10. Compliance-related disclosures

Where applicable and once products are live for sale, Sudharan will aim to display product information that is reasonably required by law or good ecommerce practice, such as product name, quantity, price, basic description, manufacturer/packer/importer details, country of origin where applicable, ingredient information, batch or lot details, date markings, best-before or use-by information and other relevant category-specific disclosures.

Actual required disclosure standards may vary depending on product category, applicable Indian law, cross-border sale context, marketplace rules, tax treatment and sector-specific regulation.

11. No guarantee of exact identical representation

While Sudharan aims to present product information responsibly and in good faith, we do not guarantee that every image, colour, texture, listing phrase, packaging detail or digital representation will be exactly identical to the final delivered item in every non-material respect, except where required by law or expressly confirmed as a guaranteed specification.
