Payments, pricing and transaction handling at Sudharan.
This Payment Policy explains how Sudharan Plus Private Limited handles payment methods, pricing, taxes, transaction confirmation, failed or pending payments, refunds, service invoices, security expectations and future e-commerce payment flows. It is written to support clear customer communication for Indian users while also addressing international payment expectations where relevant.
1. Scope and applicability
This Payment Policy applies to payments made to Sudharan Plus Private Limited through our website, official payment links, invoices, quotations, bank transfers, service agreements, future checkout pages or any other payment channel expressly authorised by Sudharan.
This Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and any proposal, invoice, quotation, statement of work or written agreement issued by Sudharan.
2. Current business stage
Sudharan’s services are currently live. Products are planned to go live in the future. Until e-commerce checkout is enabled, any product visuals, previews, catalog references or category pages should be treated as informational or pre-launch material unless clearly marked as available for purchase.
3. Accepted payment methods
Depending on the transaction type, availability and business process, Sudharan may accept payments through one or more of the following:
- UPI;
- debit cards and credit cards;
- net banking;
- wallets or other authorised digital payment methods;
- bank transfer, including NEFT, IMPS or RTGS where applicable;
- authorised payment gateway links;
- cash-on-delivery, if and when enabled for selected products, values or serviceable locations.
Available payment methods may vary based on product category, order value, service type, invoice type, delivery location, payment gateway availability, fraud-prevention checks, legal requirements or internal business policy.
4. Pricing, taxes and invoices
Product prices, service fees, taxes, shipping charges, handling charges, convenience charges, packaging charges and any other applicable amounts may be displayed on the website, checkout page, invoice, quotation or written communication.
Taxes, including GST where applicable, will be charged according to the nature of the transaction and applicable Indian law. For international transactions, additional taxes, duties, bank charges, currency conversion costs or regulatory charges may apply depending on jurisdiction and payment method.
If a price or fee is incorrectly displayed due to technical, typographical, configuration or system error, Sudharan reserves the right to correct, re-confirm or cancel the transaction before fulfilment or service delivery.
5. Payment confirmation and order acceptance
A payment attempt alone does not always mean that an order, booking or service engagement has been accepted. Order confirmation or service acceptance may depend on successful payment verification, stock availability, payment gateway confirmation, address validation, risk review, scope confirmation or written approval from Sudharan.
For services, a transaction may also remain subject to proposal approval, invoice terms, milestone structure, project acceptance or specific written communication.
6. Payment security
Sudharan may use authorised third-party payment gateways and financial service providers to process online payments. We do not ordinarily store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, net banking passwords or similar highly sensitive payment credentials on our website.
Payment gateways, banks, card networks and payment service providers may process transaction information according to their own terms, privacy policies, security protocols and regulatory obligations.
Customers should never share OTPs, UPI PINs, CVV, card passwords, internet banking credentials or other sensitive authentication information with Sudharan staff or any third party.
7. Failed, pending and duplicate payments
A payment may fail, remain pending, be reversed or appear temporarily debited due to banking issues, payment gateway downtime, network interruption, timeout, incorrect details, risk checks, authentication failure or technical errors.
If an amount is debited but no confirmation is received, please contact us with available transaction details. We will review the matter using the records reasonably available to us and, where required, with the payment gateway or relevant service provider.
Reversals for failed or duplicate transactions may take additional time depending on the payment gateway, issuing bank, acquiring bank, card network, UPI system or wallet provider.
8. Refunds and reversals
Approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment method unless another method is required by system limitations, banking constraints, cash-on-delivery handling, legal reasons or mutual agreement.
Refund eligibility and timelines are governed by the applicable Refund Policy, order type, service agreement, payment channel rules and payment provider processing timelines.
For cash-on-delivery orders, where enabled in the future, refunds may be processed through bank transfer, UPI, wallet, store credit or another method communicated by Sudharan.
9. Service payments, advances and milestones
For consulting, website development, system setup, e-commerce support, design work, business support, AI advisory, operations support or similar services, payment terms will be governed by the quotation, proposal, invoice, email confirmation, milestone structure, statement of work or written agreement.
Service transactions may include advance payments, milestone payments, implementation charges, subscription-linked charges, third-party software fees, setup costs, maintenance fees or reimbursable expenses.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, advance payments, milestone-linked fees, third-party costs and already-incurred setup costs may be non-refundable or only partially refundable depending on work completed, resources committed, deliverables prepared and written terms accepted by the client.
10. International payments
Sudharan is incorporated in India. If international payments are accepted now or in the future, additional charges may apply, including foreign transaction charges, currency conversion charges, intermediary bank charges, cross-border gateway fees, withholding taxes, customs-linked amounts or jurisdiction-specific regulatory costs.
International transaction availability may depend on payment gateway capability, country restrictions, risk review, legal requirements, sanctions compliance, banking support, product category or service type.
Customers making international payments are responsible for understanding any external charges imposed by their bank, card issuer, payment provider or local financial institution unless otherwise expressly stated by Sudharan.
